FilmMaker Vikas Behl has been cleared off of all the charges of sexual misconduct accused by a former employee in an internal investigation conducted by Reliance Entertainment. Vikas Behl is the director of the upcoming movie produced by Reliance Entertainment i.e. ‘Super30’ starring Hrithik Roshan.
‘Queen’ director Vikas Behl was accused by a former employee of sexual misconduct at now dissolved Phantom Films. Vikas was one of the partners at Phantom Films along side Anurag Kashyap, Vikramaditya Motwane, and Madhu Mantena.
Group CEO, Reliance Entertainment, Sibashish Sarkar said in a statement “Yes its true that ICC (Internal Complaint Committee) report has exonerated Vikas. With ICC clearing Vikas Bahl’s name we don’t have a choice but to reinstate his credit as director of Super 30,”
Behl’s not accused result came after a month, when Anurag Kashyap agreed to look after the post production work of ‘Super30’ movie starring Hrithik Roshan. Behl lawyer Hitesh Jain said “this is the final decision and my client Mr. Behl is free from all the charges. This “clears the air on him” that has been thrown on him via social trolls. Hitesh further added that Vikas Behl has filed a defamatory case against Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane alleging they made “defamatory, slanderous and baseless allegations” against him due to which he has suffered irreversible damage.
