Facebook to buy neurotech startup to build brain-controlled device

Facebook has announced its plans to buy New York-based startup CTRL-labs that specialises in allowing humans to control computers using their brains. The deal is reportedly worth $500 million-$1 billion.

Facebook said the neurotechnology startup will help it develop its planned wristbands which will pick up signals, sent by neurons, from the hand muscles to execute a task intuitively.

Now facebook has a control on your brain too. It’s not like it wasn’t in cntrol earlier. Now your brain can access things you want to access and command your hand muscles to execute that. Isn’t it just amazing on another level? It’s mindfuck to even think about its execution. How would things turn up if it actually got successful.
