Indore: Nidhi Sharma, a woman from Indore, Madhya Pradesh has paid tribute to the Corona warriors by making Corona- themed Lord Ganesha idols using Chocolate which can be immersed in milk after Ganesh Pooja, thus performing Ganpati Visarjan.
The other reason that why keeping a chocolate idol of Lord Ganesh on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi is a great idea is that most of the people immerse the idols which are made of plaster of Paris in water which can pollute the sea water with its chemicals.
“I have made Ganesha idols using chocolate. We believe that we will get rid of coronavirus with the blessings of Lord Ganesha. Based on this theme, we have also made a ball using chocolate symbolizing coronavirus. We have showcased Lord Ganesha killing the ball using trident,” Ms Sharma told ANI.
Ms. Sharma also wrote “Corona Go” on the model using chocolate.
Nidhi said that she will immerse the chocolate Ganeshji in milk and will later distribute it among needy people.
She also added to her statement: “I have made such models for my friends and relatives as well. I am making such Lord Ganesha idols since last year. We immerse these Ganpati idols made of chocolate in milk and distribute among the needy people”.
