It has almost been a month to the untimely and shocking demise of Sushant Singh Rajput and citizens still it is difficult for everyone to accept the event while they continue to mourn and demand a CBI inquiry in the matter fearing ‘foul play’.
Sushant’s unfortunate death has triggered protests in Bihar and other parts of the country. These voices of fans and netizens have grown louder and are currently trending #CBIForSonOfBihar on Twitter. People are sharing the hashtag with posts like, ‘Indian Public’s voice is being ignored’, ‘Sushant was murdered’ and more.
Meanwhile, it seems like the government has heard its citizens, as the former Union Cabinet Minister Subramanian Swamy has come ahead in support and has appointed an advocate to look into the facts and deem if CBI can get involved in solving the case. He has asked the appointed advocate to process all the required documents for a possible CBI investigation in connection with the late actor’s suicide.
On Thursday evening, BJP MP Subramanian, the politician, popular for his views on social media, took to the Twitter to announce about the same and said, “I have asked Ishkaran to look into facts of Sushant Singh Rajput death case &see whether it’s a fit case for CBI investigation. Then accordingly to see justice is done. For updates follow @ishkarnBHANDARI.”
This step has definitely delighted fans and has garnered Subramanian immense respect among social media users.
Not only the common public or the actor’s fans demanded CBI inquiry but many people from both the industry and the world of politics have also voiced for the same. The list includes names like Shekhar Suman, Roopa Ganguly, and Manoj Tiwari among others. As per the autopsy report, Sushant died due to asphyxia caused because of hanging, however, there are many conspiracy theories surfacing on social media suspecting that he did not die by suicide.
Giving further reports into the case, Subramanian tweeted:
Ishkaran, the advocate and political columnist that Subramanian Swamy has now appointed, will be talking on the matter for the first time on Friday through Instagram.
We just hope our dearest & lovable Sushant Singh Rajput gets justice and rests in peace.
