- This is my last election: Says Bihar CM Nitish Kumar.
Chief Minister of Bihar Nitish Kumar while wrapping up his election campaign announced at the rally that it is his “last election” as the leader.
The Chief Minister was campaigning for the Janta Dal United in Purnia, Bihar, he said: “”This is the last day of election. The day after this election will end and this is my last election. Ant bhala to sab bhala (All’s well that ends well).”
2. China temporarily suspends India from entering China border.
China has temporarily banned the entry of Indian tourists in the country die to coronavirus pandemic. Foreigners holding Chinese diplomatic service and C Visas will not be affected by this decision.
“The suspension is temporary measurement that China has to adopt to deal with the current pandemic.” The Chinese Embassy said.
3. Greece to impose the second lockdown amid increasing COVID 19 cases.
Prime Minister of Greece Kyriakos Mitsotakis has announced that the second nationwide lockdown will be imposed due to increading COVID- 19 cases in the country.
“I’ve chosen to take drastic measures sooner rather than later,” Mitsotakis said.
Greece has already reported 2,646 new Coronavirus cases in Wednesday which is the highest in the country as of now.
4. North Korea bans smoking in public places to “maintain hygiene”.
North Korea’s National Assembly on Wednesday introduced a new law to ban smoking in some public areas to provide “hygienic living environments”, state media KCNA reported.
The new law prohibits smoking in the places like educational institutions, hospitals, and cinemas.
