A few members of the Indian Cricket Team could have landed themselves in controversy by inadvertently breaching the bio-secure bubble protocols.

The likes of vice-captain Rohit Sharma, opening batsman Shubhman Gill, Prithvi Shaw, Wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant and fast bowler Navdeep Saini were out eating in a restaurant when they met a fan who claims to have paid their bills too.

The BCCI and Cricket Australia are reportedly looking into the matter after coming to know about the incident from the fan.

The fan by the name of Navaldeep Singh, paid their 118 dollar bill at the restaurant after surprisingly spotting some of the top Indian players eating next to him at Secret Kitchen Chinese restaurant at Chadstone Shopping Centre.

The fan has claimed that he interacted and clicked photos with the players.

Meanwhile as per Cricket Australia’s bio-security protocol, players are allowed to eat out at restaurants but have to be seated outdoors. As per the video posted by the fab the players seemed to be sitting indoors that too without masks on their faces.

So far the BCCI and Cricket Australia have not provided anything substantial to prove that Indian players did breach the social distancing guidelines.

Currently Rohit Sharma, Rishabh Pant, Shubman Gill, Prithvi Shaw and Navdeep Saini are placed in isolation.

For the unversed Cricket Australia has levied a hefty fine to Brisbane Heat Players Chris Lynn and Dan Lawrence after they breached bio bubble protocol.
