The test series held at Optus Stadium in Perth on Sunday was mindblowing favourable for Virat Kohli. He completed his 25th test century in 214 balls against Australia. He took five overs to reach the three-figure mark on the third day of test series.
With this century, he equalled Sachin Tendulkar’s record of having the most centuries (Six Centuries) by an Indian in Australia. He also became the fastest Indian to score 1000 test runs in Australian soil in just 18 innings. Kohli also became the first Indian captain to score 2000 Test runs not only in India but also overseas.
