Wow! Italian Police gets a Lamborghini Huracan and our police gets a jeep which doesn’t go beyond 70Km/hr.

Speeding Drivers in Italy have to be vigilant as the Italy’s traffic Police has been accorded with a new Lamborghini Huracan.

The Lamborghini Huracan has a top speed of 300kmh  and has the power to go from 0-100kmh in 3.2 seconds, the luxury sports car manufacturer’s latest model will become the second Lamborghini to be put at the service of the country’s guardians of road safety.

Prior to Lamborghini Huracan Italy Police force had a 2009 Gallardo,  which was often used for emergency transfers of organs destined for transplant operations and blood supplies needed at accident sites.

The supercar will be used for special assignments such as the urgent transport of blood and organs, but when it’s not required for ultra-quick deliveries, it will patrol the highways surrounding the Italian city of Bologna, according to the manufacturer. Its speciality unsurprisingly will be chasing down speeders.

In addition to the as standard all-wheel drive and aluminum-carbon fiber hybrid chassis, the Huracan comes equipped with crime-fighting gadgets, including an onboard police tablet computer. It’s also decked out in police decals and comes in the official color of the Italian police –  medium blue.

If we talk about the Police Vehicles used in India are varied in different states.Various SUV’s and Sedans are used for Patroling naming Toyota Innova, Mahindra Scorpio, Maruti Gypsy, Tata Safari, Tata Indigo, Maruti Ertigo and Tata Sumo.

And in Dubai,  the police force boasts a fleet of luxury cop cars, including a speeding Aston Martin One-77, of which only 77 , a Bentley Continental GT three hybrid,  Porsche Panameras and two BMW i8s.

Though, Indian police department needs to be up for the race when it comes to cars.They certainly need to introduce a high speeding car in their fleet.
