Yogi makes 15-years old decision again: 17 OBC fragments will now fall into SC category

Recently, a thunderstorm has shaken the all the individuals, associated with a general category, as Yogi Adityanath has taken a decision of enforcing an order of Allahabad High court (2017) to issue SC certificates to the 17 Most Backward Castes (MBCs) in the state. District magistrates will issue SC certificates to Most backward classes until the high court will remark its power.

The 17 castes, which will be considered for the status, are Kashyap, Rajbhar, Dhivar, Bind, Kumar, Kahar, Kewat, Nishad, Bhar, Mallah, Prajapati, Dhivar, Batham, Turha, Godia, Manjul, and Madhua. This will be enhancing the public relations of BJP with lower castes and will definitely make BJP government, more favorable than other parties like BSP and SP.

The decision will be taken for the third time, at this instance in Uttar Pradesh, and this time, it will be devoid of every aspect of legal interference. As far as the past is concerned, Mulayam Singh and Akhilesh Yadav took the same decision in 2004 and 2012, respectively, but the centre declared it null and void. Let us see, that whether the decision of 15 years, will be implemented, now or not.
