Virat Kohli says Pushpa’s famous dialogue, ‘Thaggedhe Le’ in today’s match.

Former India National Cricket Team captain Virat Kohli was seen doing the ‘Pushparaj Thaggede Le’ step during the first Test match of the two-match Test series against the Dimuth Karunaratne-led Sri Lanka National Cricket Team at the Punjab Cricket Association IS Bindra Stadium, Mohali, Chandigarh, on Sunday, March 6.

‘Pushparaj Thaggede Le’ is a famous dialogue of the Tollywood ace actor Allu Arjun from the ‘Pushpa: The Rise’ movie. It has become a popular trend on social media platforms and many memes and short videos are created on social media on this dialogue every single day.

Meanwhile, former Indian captain Virat Kohli has now joined the trend and he was spotted doing the ‘Pushparaj Thaggede Le’ step when India were inching closer to the victory against Sri Lanka in the first Test.

Previously, Indian all-Rounder Ravindra Jadeja was also seen doing the “Pushpa” celebration during the first T20 International match of three-match T20 International against Sri Lanka National Cricket Team, where India had won by 3-0.

Talking about Virat Kohli, the first Test match of the series against Sri Lanka is his 100th Test match. He has become only the 12th Indian cricketer and 71st international to play 100 Tests games. Kohli received a specially made cap from his childhood hero and India’s head coach Rahul Dravid ahead of the commencement of the match.

The 33-year-old Kohli has joined an elite list of Sunil Gavaskar, Dilip Vengsarkar, Kapil Dev, Sachin Tendulkar, Anil Kumble, Rahul Dravid, Sourav Ganguly, VVS Laxman, Virender Sehwag, Harbhajan Singh and Ishant Sharma to play 100 Tests for India National Cricket Team.

Also, Virat Kohli was able to score 45 runs off 76 balls in the first innings of his 100th Test match and his innings consisted of 5 amazing fours.
