Valentine’s Day 2021 weekend for Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt

Ranbir Kapoor is back in town, while Alia Bhatt is on her way back to Mumbai from her Maldivian vacation.

This couple’s fans would know that Ranbir had recently jetted off to Delhi to shoot Director Luv Ranjan (Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, Pyaar Ka Punchnama) ‘s next with Shraddha Kapoor. However, although Alia Bhatt made a round of the capital recently to visit her man, the two couldn’t spend a lot of time together.

So, come Valentine’s Day 2021 weekend, one of Bollywood’s much-loved jodis will get the opportunity to finally spend some quality time in each other’s company.

A source close to Ranbir tells us, “RK has been busy with back-to-back shoots. He has a few off days now before the next schedule of Luv’s film kickstarts in March. Even Alia has to get back on the sets of Gangubai Kathiawadi and begin prepping for another film. So now is the perfect time for them to steal some moments before the craziness of shooting begins.”

The source also informs us that Ranbir Kapoor may head to Spain for a 15-20 day schedule around May, and to be able to join him there, Alia Bhatt will be working full throttle to complete her commitments here. Well, these two are certainly a couple of goals when it comes to balancing work and love life, aren’t they?

On the work front, the actress is busy with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi, a film reportedly revolving around the life of a brothel owner and matriarch, and SS Rajamouli’s ambitious upcoming film.

Recently, Ranbir Kapoor opened up his closet for fans for the sake of charity. His girlfriend, actress Alia Bhatt informed fans through social media that some items from Ranbir’s personal wardrobe have been put up for sale to help kids battling cancer.

She is also set to feature opposite Ranbir in Brahmastra- Part I, which co-stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy. The film has already suffered multiple delays but may finally release in theaters this year.

The digital rights of the Sanjay Leela Bhansali directorial have been sold for a massive amount. Reports suggest that the post-release streaming rights have been sold to an OTT platform for something to the tune of Rs 70 crore. The paperwork is currently underway, and there is no official amount as yet. It is also said that the fact that the glorious in Bhansali’s cinema has a loyal audience outside India too added weight to this deal.
