Tribhanga Trailer: Kajol’s OTT debut film is a web of complex relationships within a family

The trailer of Kajol’s OTT debut film“Tribhanga: Tedhi Medhi Crazy”, was released on Monday and it promises a gripping story about three women who are not ‘perfect’ but they live their lives on their terms.
The film, which releases on Netflix features Kajol, Mithila Palkar, and Tanvi Azmi in major roles along with Kunaal Roy Kapur, Kanwaljeet Singh, and Manav Gohil.
Tribhanga is written and directed by Shahane and revolves around three generations of women – Nayan, a critically acclaimed Marathi litterateur played by Tanvi And, her daughter Anu, a renowned classical dancer and actress portrayed by Kajol, and granddaughter Masha brought to life by Mithila Palkar.
The trailer shows Nayan admitted in a hospital after she slips into a coma and Anu revisiting her sour memories of her mother with whom she shares an estranged relationship.
The film explores dysfunctional family dynamics through three ‘fascinating’ women of different generations and personalities.
Sharing the trailer of the film, Kajol briefed the entire story with these words ‘Nobody is Perfect’
The film which derives its title from an Odissi dance pose, is described as a heartwarming storyline that looks at the importance of family in everyday lives.
Tribhangais co-produced by Kajol’s husband Ajay Devgn, Siddharth P Malhotra, Sapna Malhotra, Deepak Dhar, Rishi Negi, and Parag Desai. The film will premiere on Netflix on January 15.
