Surajpur Wetland Gears Up for Spectacular Nature and Bird Festival: A Biodiversity Extravaganza

Surajpur Wetland, a haven for biodiversity and a crucial ecological hotspot, is set to host the much-anticipated Nature and Bird Festival. This immersive celebration of nature, scheduled to take place from 27^th Jan to 2^nd Feb, promises to be a delightful experience for nature enthusiasts, birdwatchers, and families alike.

The main event to take place on 31^st January at Surajpur wetland where more than 2000 people would be taking an active participation at Nature and Bird festival.

Forest department officials told media that this whole event is taking place in association with SheWings foundation.

Our district administration is working tirelessly to make Gautam Buddha Nagar as a beautiful destination for masses to spend their vacation and explore the beauty of wildlife in a best way possible. We’re organizing this Nature and Bird festival at Surajpur Wetland to increase the participation of all ages towards our nature. We would be taking the feedbacks from everyone to improve GB Nagar’s wildlife. On directions from our seniors govt. of UP aims to make Surajpur wetland the best tourist destination of NCR, said Manish Kumar Verma, District Megistrate Gautam Buddha Nagar during the press conference at Surajpur Wetland.

You all are requested to enjoy the beauty of nature in Surajpur Wetland. Instead of going to malls,and  movie theatre we should promote our nature and take our family members to forest bird sanctuaries and wetlands. The 31^st January Nature and Bird festival is going to be a global hit as famous people from film industry, bureaucracy, and wildlife are joining the nature and bird festival, PK Shrivstava, District Forest Officer GB Nagar said during the press conference.
