Shamita Shetty ringing her 40th birthday in Thailand’s Phuket

Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty’s younger sister and beautiful actress Shamita Shetty is celebrating her 40th birthday today. On this special occasion, Shilpa has organized a fantastic trip to Thailand’s Phuket for her sister Shamita’s bday celebration. Where their family and close friends are invited. Shamita Shetty was born on 2 February 1979 in Mangalore.
Her sister and actor Shilpa Shetty has taken to social media to share an adorable birthday wish for her little sissy. The actor took to Instagram and shared a lovely video of Shamita lighting a flying lantern while starting the celebration. One can also hear Shilpa singing Happy Birthday loud in the background.
Shamita looks fabulous in the video wearing a golden strapless dress. The actor and her sister are famous for putting out some pretty pictures of them posing in the same frame. Shilpa also posted another clip of her and Shamita dancing to the latter’s song Sharara Sharara. Meanwhile, Shamita’s brother-in-law Raj Kundra also shared inside pictures from Shamita’s 40th birthday celebrations in Phuket. “Wish you nothing but the best Shamita. Thank you for being not just a fab sister but a best friend that always tells it how it is! Hope this birthday is the beginning of many wonderful things in your life,” wrote Raj Kundra.

She featured in a couple of movies later, and her notable work includes Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai (2002), Bewafa (2005) and Cash (2007). Apart from Bollywood, she has worked in Tamil films as well.
