Shahid Kapoor Has Been Spotted At Juhu Beach After Ganesha Immersion

Whether you are a responsible citizen or not depends on your action rather than words. After lots of tweets regarding the cleanliness, Shahid Kapoor has been recently spotted At Juhu beach, in Mumbai today’s morning.

After the release of Batti Gul Meter Chalu, Shahid Kapoor is a happy man. From back-to-back promotional campaigns to father duties, Shahid has had a busy month. But now with the release of his film, Shahid Kapoor has got some time to relax and he is making the most of it free time. Today, right in the morning, the actor was spotted at Juhu beach. Yes, Shahid Kapoor took an initiative of cleaning up the Juhu beach- a day after Ganeshotsav immersions. Here, Shahid Kapoor is sporting a casual look but his bearded look just won our hearts.

Every year on Ganesh Chaturthi, Ganesh Utsav and Ganesh Visarjan, people all across India join in the merriment and welcome home Lord Ganesha. While they host the deity for a different number of days, depending on their choice, the revelry and emotions while bidding him adieu remain constant for all.

But while the days of dance and fun are something every Mumbaikar looks forward to, it’s the post-Visarjan days that they dread. And rightly so. The beaches all across the city become victims to the rituals and practices and every year, the cause is brought to the fore by some celebrities and organisations.

This isn’t the first time that a celebrity has joined hands with other people to make sure the cleanliness is maintained. In fact, Shahid’s wife, Mira, too, has been vocal about the cause on her Instagram account. Just a few months back, she had taken to social media and raised concerns over the plastic remains that continue to dwell at the beach. She had then urged individuals and organisations to lend support for the cause.

To the Million who can see this post Even a pot of water won’t boil just by looking at it; it needs that fire to make it simmer, boil and spill over till someone notices. Let’s make a change, clean up our mess, and hear nature’s call not to choke her more than she already is. Every year before the arrival of the monsoon, all the plastic that clogs the sea is thrown out by it. This makes it the best time to clean the beach and simultaneously the water. Let’s do this together and clean up Juhu Beach. We owe it to our children who play in the sand, the teams that play their football and cricket matches on it, the walkers and the yogis, the dogs that roam enthusiastically and the birds that forage for their feed. Thank you all for all the suggestions you have sent in, people I should get in touch with, and your concerned responses as well. Let’s spread the word! Calling all concerned citizens, organisations, individuals who can help and help me be a part of this too! 🙏🏻
