Vivek Vaswani, Shah Rukh Khan’s close friend who debuted the actor in Raju Ban Gaya Gentleman, has spoken out regarding SRK’s rumoured relationship with Priyanka Chopra. During the filming of Don 2, rumors circulated that Shah Rukh and Priyanka were secretly dating. However, Vivek has stated that SRK has been “a one-woman man all his life”. “I’m not sure where the rumours came from,” he remembered. “Ghar mein reh rahe the, mummy daddy the, tension tha, career tha, jaldi se Gauri se shadi karni thi, usme relationship kaise ayega (We were living in the same house, my parents were there, there was tension, stress about career, he had to get married to Gauri, where would a relationship be in all of this)? There was a friendship, but no sexual relationship?”
He went on to say that when Shah Rukh became a superstar, a lot was written about him. “This is not true. In fact, since I’ve known him, he’s been a one-woman man. How many flings have you heard about? We have heard one story about Priyanka Chopra, but what else have we heard about Shah Rukh? Nothing. “He isn’t that kind of person.” Over the course of her two-decade career in Bollywood, Priyanka was linked to Shahid Kapoor, Harman Baweja, and SRK, but she never acknowledged dating any of them.

Priyanka spoke out about her love life on Alex Cooper’s podcast Call Her Daddy, revealing that she formerly moved from “relationship to relationship”. “I didn’t prioritise self-care between relationships… I believe I worked a lot and ended up dating the actors I worked with. And I believe I simply felt I had a concept of what a relationship should be like, and I continued looking for it and trying to fit the individuals who came into my life into that image,” she explained.
Priyanka tied the wedding with Nick Jonas in 2018. They have a daughter together named Malti Marie Chopra Jonas. While SRK and Gauri Khan have been married for 22 years. They have three children together.
