Sehwag bats for Kiwi batsman Taylor to get him Aadhar, UIDAI asks his domicile
Light banter between the former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag and New Zealand’s batsman Ross Taylor has taken tweeples to new high. The exchange of tweets between both the players puts cricket fans into tizzy when Sehwag asked UIDAI to issue Aadhar card to Taylor as he has picked up good Hindi. But UIDAI has stamped Sehwag by pointing out about the Taylor’s residency status.
Continuing the friendly conversation with the former opener, the New Zealander took to Instagram to share a picture of him sitting in front shut tailor shop and captioned it,”@virendersehwag #Rajkot mein match k baad, #darji (Tailor) Ki dukaan band. Agli silai #Trivandrum mein hogi… Zaroor Aana. #India #IndvNZ.”
Ross Taylor’s bluntness can be seen as he tagged Virender Sehwag in the post also he wanted the friendly banter to continue. The Aadhar Twitter handle responded to Sehwag’s query, they wrote, “Language no bar. Resident status is what matters.”

The ‘darji’ remark started after Virender Sehwag tweeted “Well played @RossLTaylor Darji ji. Great effort after handling the pressure of Diwali orders.” This opened the gates for the friendly banter between the two.
