However, it was Ranveer who grabbed the spotlight again when he shared a heartwarming photo of his 93-year-old nana, who also made it a point to vote despite the sweltering 93°F weather. Taking to Instagram, Ranveer posted a picture of his nana beaming with joy, captioning it, “93yrs old. 93°F outside. But he voted. He’s a voter! My Rockstar Nana #EveryVoteCounts.” Fans were quick to applaud, flooding the comments with admiration for his nana’s spirit. On the professional front, Ranveer Singh has reportedly exited Prasanth Varma’s ‘Rakshas,’ a film rooted in Indian mythology where he was expected to portray a character with dark and complex shades.
Despite traveling to Hyderabad in April for a promotional photo shoot and the film’s announcement being in the pipeline, creative differences led to Ranveer and Prasanth amicably parting ways. A source revealed to Pinkvilla that all plans for the official announcement have been shelved, and Ranveer will no longer be involved with the project.
