Making a mockery of the Narendra Modi government’s Swachh Bharat drive, Union Agriculture Minister Radha Mohan Singh was recently spotted urinating in open. Because, who needs toilets when you can pee in open, right?

While Prime Minister has been pushing for Swachh Bharat, his Union minister Radha Mohan Singh is openly and lavishly flouting the government’s program.

Singh is the minister for agriculture and farmer’s welfare in the Narendra Modi government, whose flagship schemes happen to include the Swachch Bharat – or Clean India Mission.

But public urination may not have been the only transgression caught on camera. One of the photographs appears to show a car with a red beacon, the kind government officials have been forbidden from using by the Modi government in an attempt to check ‘VIP culture.’

Radha Mohan Singh hasn’t yet responded to news reports about the images or messages addressed to him on social media.
