OMG! Jiah Khan’s mother Rabia Khan makes a shocking revelation about Suraj Pancholi

18 August, 2022 (New Delhi): The mother of Bollywood actress Jiah Khan, who allegedly committed suicide in Mumbai in 2013, told a special court on Wednesday that actor Sooraj Pancholi used to physically and mentally torture her daughter. Pancholi was in a relationship with Jiah Khan (25 years old in 2013) and he (Pancholi) has been booked for abetting the actress to commit suicide. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is investigating the matter. Pancholi is currently out on bail.
On Wednesday, Jiah Khan’s mother Rabia Khan began recording her testimony in the case before Special Judge AS Syed. He told the court about Jiah’s foray into Bollywood, her career, growth and relationship with Pancholi. He said that Pancholi contacted Jiah Khan through a social media site and he pressurized her to meet. He said Jiah Khan was initially “skeptical and reluctant” but the two first met each other in September 2012.
Rabia Khan said in the court, “At that time she (Jia) … had sent me some pictures and it seemed that they had taken these pictures and both were interested in each other… but In September, she (Jia) told me that they were just friends.” He said that Pancholi had dominated his daughter’s day-to-day life and by October 2012, the two had started living at each other’s house. He said that Jiah looked very happy when she reached her home in London in November that year.
Rabia Khan told the court that then Jia returned to Mumbai for professional work and was to return (London) to celebrate Christmas, but she did not come there. According to her, on December 24, 2012, Jiya received a message from Pancholi that he got angry with Jiya after a fight with a friend and that he should forgive her and give her another chance.
Rabia Khan said, “Then I came to know that there was a violent clash between the two.” She said that Jiah Khan decided to give him a second chance and both went to Goa but she did one of her phone calls due to a very strange placesaid that she does not want to stay there. Referring to the conversation she had with her daughter, she said that in Goa, Pancholi used to humiliate her (Jia) in front of other friends and flirt with other women in her presence. She said that Jia suddenly reached London on February 14, 2013 and looked very sad.
According to Rabia Khan, Jia told her that Pancholi used to torture her physically and mentally and also used to call her by ‘indecent names’. Rabia Khan’s testimony will continue tomorrow (August 18) also. According to Rabia, Jiah Khan, best known for her performance in the Hindi film ‘Nishabd’, was found hanging at her residence in Mumbai on June 3, 2013.
