KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty to be Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt’s neighbours? Here’s how much rent the couple would pay post wedding.

May 1, 2022 {New Delhi}: Bollywood actress Athiya Shetty is rumoured to be dating cricketer KL Rahul for quite some time now. Of late, the couple, who made their first public appearance together during the screening Tadap in Mumbai, has been making headlines owing to their wedding speculations. Last week, it was reported that Athiya and Rahul will move in together in a lavish sea-facing 4BHK apartment in Mumbai and will settle there for time being. They will reportedly pay Rs. 10 lakh per month.

Now as per the latest report, Athiya and Rahul’s home after their marriage is just two buildings away from newlyweds Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s abode Vastu. An Etimes report mentioned that Athiya and KL Rahul’s house post marriage has been decided. It is the 9th-floor building called Sandhu Palace in Pali Hill and the couple would stay in this rented house together until their new house is fully ready. The report added that Mana Shetty is designing it.

Reportedly, the construction work of this building is still underway and it is said to be located 2 buildings away from Vastu-which is Ranbir – Alia’s house after marriage. An insider close to the development revealed to the portal that the said house was bought by actor Suniel Shetty for his daughter Athiya. However, another source revealed that not Suniel, KL Rahul has bought this home.

Meanwhile, rumour has it that Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul will get married this year in winter in a South-Indian style wedding. Reacting to the same, Athiya’s close friend however dismissed all such reports and told the Bombay Times, that as of now there’s no wedding on the cards as both of them are busy with their respective professional commitments.
