Kangana Is In Tears As Mandana Karimi Reveals Her Painful Secret, Got Pregnant By A Director and Betrayed

In the recent episode of Lock upp actress Mandana Karimi is seen disclosing about her secret relationship with a ‘well-known’ director and the painful consequences of it. Mandana shared, ” There was this period during the lockdown where I was completely lost from social media. I never called anyone and went completely silent for a few months because, after my separation and divorce, I couldn’t really trust men. During the time that I was struggling with my separation and divorce, I did have a secret relationship, which was not committed but it went on for a year and a half. My relationship was with a very well-known director, who, in the outside world, talks about women’s rights, how a woman has to be independent, and how a woman has to take power into her own hands”.
She also mentioned that they had planned pregnancy and when it happened, he completely backed off. She said, “His reason was that he didn’t think that he was emotionally ready to become a father again. And, suddenly from someone who we have spoken about, and visited doctors together, he went, “Oh, I couldn’t actually believe that at the age of 33 you can get pregnant so easily.”Mandana also revealed why she aborted the child.
She said, “I apologised to my friend and we left. I told him that I had no idea what he was talking about. He told me, “You should have understood, my ex is not over me, and I have this problem and that problem. There’s a public case going against me” and that was it. I had to make a decision because I come from a broken home and I didn’t want to bring a child just because I was pregnant. I had to stay strong, I did have an abortion but it just destroyed everything. It took so much from me. It took a few years for me to put myself back together.”
Later Consoling Mandana, Kangana called her a brave woman for all she suffered in her life. She said, ” It takes an enormous amount of strength and I think women in general, for their maternal instincts, get taken for a ride all the time because women have the desire to mother and all kinds of men, find shelter in that instinct. I am so sorry but so many women go through this and there’s nothing unusual about it and there is nothing to be ashamed of. As a woman, we all want to be mothers and everybody has that instinct. I think, no matter how much we talk about equality, I think God has been unfair with this body clock (makes her laugh). It does push as in times of desperate needs of wanting to be a mother and every time we don’t have the time to wait for like 10 years, to see if the guy is genuine if he means what he says. You find somebody and you believe those words.”
