Ajay Devgn pens a special message for Kajol on their 23rd wedding anniversary.

Ajay Devgn and Kajol have built a beautiful life together and today, February 24, they are celebrating their 23rd wedding anniversary. Wishing Kajol on the special occasion, Ajay shared a throwback interview clip and summed up their journey from ‘Pyaar toh hona hi tha’ to ‘Pyaar toh always hai’. Kajol also shared a loved-up post.

Ajay Devgn and Kajol don’t forget to wish each other on social media on special occasions. On their wedding anniversary, Ajay wished his wife with a cute interview clip where he says, “I am so glad that she is still with me”. Kajol’s “aww” after this is equally adorable. He captioned the post, “1999 – Pyaar toh hona hi tha 2022 – Pyaar toh always hai! Happy Anniversary @kajol (sic).”

As Kajol shared this adorable post, her sister Tanishaa Mukerji took to the comment section and showered love on the couple on their special day. She commented, “Happyyyyy anniversary and baby u guys deserve to take a bow a medal a trophy and the Padma Shree! Oh wait u already got those. So then just take some hugssss from meeee! Love u both @ajaydevgn” along with heart and hugging face emoticons.

Sharing a throwback photo with Ajay, Kajol wrote, “Running, walking, limping, kicking, screaming here we are 23 years later. Do we deserve a medal or a look of awe? Either ways since we both know how u feel about award functions I’m taking a bow now (sic).”

Ajay Devgn and Kajol met on the sets of Hulchul for the first time in 1995. However, they did not get along well back then. Ajay found Kajol to be a “loud, arrogant and a very talkative person.” On the other hand, she found him to be aloof and a snob. But, as their film 1998 declared, Pyaar Toh Hona Hi Tha.

Ajay Devgn and Kajol have worked in a number of films including, Dil Kya Kare, Gundaraj, U Me Aur Hum, Hulchul, Raju Chacha among others. The two were last seen together in Tanhaji.
