Here’s how Hrithik Roshan reacts on Janhvi Kapoor’s ‘Good Luck Jerry’
August 4, 2022 (New Delhi): Hrithik Roshan on Thursday took to his Twitter handle to present his opinion about Jhanvi Kapoor’s film ‘Good Luck Jerry’. It is clear from the actor’s tweet that he has liked this film a lot. The actor whose performance in the film Hrithik Roshan was most impressed is Deepak Dobriyal, who played a supporting role in the film.
Hrithik Roshan has written a short review of the film. The actor’s tweet is, ‘Enjoyed seeing Good Luck Jerry. Light-hearted, yet heart-touching film. Congratulations to the entire team including Janhvi, director Siddhant Sengupta. I want to make a special mention of Deepak Dobriyal. What an amazing actor. Fantastic comic timing and screen presence.’ Deepak replied, ‘Hrithik bhai, you made my ‘decade’.
Good Luck Jerry’ is the official remake of the 2018 Tamil film ‘Kolamavu Nightingale’, in which Nayanthara played the lead role. In the film, Jhanvi Kapoor is seen doing business of drugs to treat her mother suffering from cancer in the role of Jerry. Directed by Siddharth Sen Gupta, the film also stars Meeta Vashisht, Sushant Singh, Neeraj Sood and Deepak Dobriyal.
Talking about the film, Janhvi said that Nayanthara, who starred in the original film, praised her work in the film. He told that Nayantara told him that he was proud of him for choosing such roles so early in his career. Jhanvi said that she is thrilled to receive praise from Nayantara. Jhanvi told Pinkvilla, ‘I have read somewhere that he had said something positive and very sweet about the film’s trailer and me. So I asked for his number and I messaged him and said, thank you very much, this means a lot to me. Your words made my day.’ Jhanvi will next be seen in ‘Bawal’ opposite Varun Dhawan. He also has ‘Mili’, which is supported by his father Boney Kapoor. She will also be seen in ‘Mr and Mrs Mahi’ with Rajkummar Rao. On the other hand, Hrithik will next be seen in ‘Fighter’ opposite Deepika Padukone. He is also a part of ‘Vikram Vedha’.
