Films To Look Forward to in January 2022!

1. ‘Gehraiyaan’
Helmed by Shakun Batra, ‘Gehraiyaan’ is one of the much-awaited films of the year. Deepika Padukone, Ananya Panday, and Siddhant Chaturvedi will be seen for the first time together on the big screen. The film will be released on January 25.
2. ‘Prithviraj’
Akshay Kumar and Manushi Chhillar’s historical epic action-drama will hit the big screens on January 31, 2022. The film also stars Sanjay Dutt, Ashutosh Rana, and Sonu Sood. The film helmed by Chandraprakash Dwivedi marks the Bollywood debut of Miss World 2017, Manushi.
3. ‘Radhe Shyam’
This is the first film of the South Superstar Prabhas after the lockdown. It also stars Pooja Hegde in the lead role. The film is going to be a period romance that is set in the 1970s’ in Europe. The movie is shot in Telugu and Hindi simultaneously. The film is set to release on January 14. 2022.
4. ‘Attack’
In December, John Abraham unveiled the first official teaser of the movie ‘Attack’. The film also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Rakul Preet Singh, Prakash Raj, Ratna Pathak Shah in pivotal roles. Directed by Lakshya Raj Anand, it is all set to release on January 28, 2022.Pic: Movie Still
5. ‘Morbius’
Back in November 2022, Sony released the trailer of the highly anticipated anti-hero film ‘Morbius’, starring Oscar-winning actor Jared Leto, who most recently played the Joker in Zack Snyder’s ‘Justice League’ and the ‘Suicide Squad’. The film will release in theatres on January 28.
6. ‘The Kashmir Files’
‘The Kashmir Files’ is based on a true story. Helmed by Vivek Agnihotri, the film stars Mithun Chakraborty, Anupam Kher, Darshan Kumaar, Pallavi Joshi, and Chinmay Mandlekar. It is scheduled to release in theatres on 26th January 2022.
