Elvish Yadav Sent to 14 Days Judicial Custody in Snake Venom Case!

As part of an inquiry into the suspected usage of snake venom as a recreational drug during a party. YouTuber Elvish Yadav was taken into custody by Noida Police on Sunday. This arrest is related to the continuing investigation into the possible distribution and ingestion of snake venom during a social gathering. According to the most recent information provided by ANI. The Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner has been placed under judicial prison for 14 days in relation to a charge involving the Wildlife Protection Act of 1972.

The District & Sessions Court Surajpur, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, heard his presentation. This decision comes after his detention by Noida Police for allegedly using snake venom as a recreational substance at a party, as was previously reported. A police station in Sector 49 received a First Information Report (FIR) on November 3, 2017. Naming six people, including Elvish Yadav. The case was filed for criminal conspiracy under Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code and under the Wildlife Protection Act of 1972.

Elvish Arrested in Wildlife Case

Elvish Yadav and others are the subject of a case filed under the Wildlife Protection Act of 1972. According to DCP Noida Vidya Sagar Mishra’s statement earlier in the day. He stated that Elvish Yadav was brought before the court today to answer questions and that the case involved heightened NDPS Act sections. “A case under Wild Life Protection Act-1972, was filed (against Elvish Yadav and others),” stated DCP Noida Vidya Sagar Mishra. He was brought up for questioning today, and the NDPS Act’s relevant clauses were enhanced to bring him before the court.”

A formal complaint was filed against YouTuber Elvish last year. On the basis of accusations made by animal rights activist and former lawmaker Maneka Gandhi. Gandhi filed a lawsuit against Elvish Yadav after the social media influencer was accused by Gandhi. That he providing snake venom to rave parties in Noida.
