Delhi Health Minister’s condition deteriorates, needs plasma therapy for the COVID treatment

Delhi health minister Satyendar Jain was taken to the hospital on Friday after seeing a downfall in his health conditions. The 55-year-old AAP leader was found COVID-19 positive on Wednesday in the second test and was admitted to RGSSH.
As per the reports provided by the party, he has been recently admitted to Max hospital, Saket where he will be given plasma therapy.
The minister is getting difficulty in breathing with a high fever. He has recently developed pneumonia also.
Looking at this, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said, “His latest CT scan report shows that the pneumonia patches in his lungs increased. He experienced giddiness and tiredness today. The advice of doctors will be followed.”
Satyendar Jain’s first test which was done on Tuesday tested negative. But on the second test which was done the very next day showed lower breathing and high fever.
Doctors said that his health conditions were stable on Thursday and showed signs of improvement.
Sources from the Delhi government are tracing people who interacted with him in the last few days so that they can be quarantined as per the advice given by the doctors.
Earlier this week, MLA of Kalkaji, Atishi was also found positive with two more advisors working in the Delhi government.
