Case filed against Actor Karanvir Bohra booked for allegedly duping woman of ₹1.90 crore

June 17, 2022 (New Delhi): Karanvir Bohra is a well-known name of the TV industry. Recently he was seen in Kangana Ranaut’s show Lock Up. After leaving the show, the actor has been caught in a fraud case (Karanvir Bohra fraud case). A woman has accused him of cheating. The woman has filed a case against 6 people including Karanvir Bohra at Oshiwara police station. The woman has made a case of cheating of Rs 1.99 crore.

According to media reports, Oshiwara police said, ‘A case has been registered against 6 people including actor Manoj Bohra alias Karanvir Bohra. He had allegedly duped a 40-year-old woman to the tune of Rs 1.99 crore by promising it return at 2.5% interest. The woman claimed that only an amount of over Rs 1 crore was returned.’

According to the ANI report, the woman also claimed that Karanvir Bohra and his wife Tajinder Sidhu did not respond properly and threatened to shoot them when they asked for the money. The police has started the investigation of the matter and will soon record the statements of six people including Karanvir Bohra.

Due to not being able to return the money, 3 to 4 cases are also going on against them. The actor had said that if someone else had been in my place, he would have committed suicide by now. Let us tell you that Karanvir Bohra has appeared in 10 reality shows so far. In which ‘Nach Baliye 4’, ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 6’, ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 5’, ‘Bigg Boss 12’ are included.
