Brother-Sister marry each other to get an Australian Visa – Know More

Our country is like a box of surprises which never fails to gain eyeballs. This time, it is something which is worth face palming. Something which no one would have ever heard of.

According to reports, a pair of siblings, brother-sister got married to each other so that they could get an Australian visa for the sister. The reports also said that the brother already is a permanent resident of Australia.

The sister have a fake identity of being his cousin so that they can register their marriage in Punjab court. These attempts were done with a motive to cheat the Australian authorities to get a spousal visa.

“They are cheating the social system, legal system as well as the religious system only to fulfil their craze desire to go abroad. We are on search of them, till now no one is arrested”, said inspector investigating the case.

“We have seen tons of cases of how people cheat to go to abroad. But this is the first case which we have seen where brother-sister are getting married just to get an Australian visa. Its very shocking and surprising”, he further added.
