Arshad Warsi to undergo surgery for kidney stone at Mumbai hospital today.

If recent reports are to be believed, actor Arshad Warsi is likely to undergo surgery today at a medical super-specialty hospital in Mumbai. The Munna Bhai M.B.B.S actor, is admitted to a suburban hospital close to his residence, is expected to undergo surgery for a kidney stone today, 13th April. As per the ETimes TV report, Arshad was shooting for his upcoming crime-comedy, ‘Jeevan Bheema Yojana’ in Mumbai when he felt some uneasiness on the set. Thus, he decided to halt the shoot for some time and visited his doctor, who advised him to undergo surgery today.

A source close to the production team revealed to the portal that for the past few days, Arshad had been experiencing some sort of uneasiness. A crew member was quoted saying, “Arshad sir is resting in a suburban multi-speciality hospital and is expected to undergo surgery for kidney stone tomorrow. He will be wheeled in for the operation at some point in the early hours tomorrow. He had been a little under the weather for some days now, but when he felt the situation getting aggravated, he decided to visit the doctor.”

The crew member added, “He has now been advised complete rest, medication and monitored diet and water consumption for the next fortnight or so. He will require some time to recuperate post surgery. Work will commence only when Arshad sir is ready and cleared by his doctors for shooting.”

If we talk about Arshad Warsi’s film then, Bijendra Kala, Sanjeeda Sheikh and Pooja Chopra are in the lead roles with him in this film. The story of the film revolves around ‘Jeevan’ and ‘Bhima’, two similar in appearance, but their paths are different. Arshad has been shooting for this film since March. It was expected that he would complete the schedule in a few days. Arshad was recently seen in ‘Bachchan Pandey’ with Akshay Kumar and Kriti Sanon.
