This new disclosure by the CBI again brings many unanswered questions pertaining to the case. Why Ashok Kumar, the bus conductor confessed the crime even after knowing he is innocent and was not involved in the crime?
The fact that a student was allowed to carry a knife on school premises also exposes the negligence of the school authorities.
The biggest revelation that the CBI gave was that the knife found on bus conductor Ashok Kumar was allegedly planted by the Haryana police who was reportedly under pressure to close the case.
However, the identity of the boy is preserved taking care of legal reasons.
