The German Professor, Martin Luther once said, “There is no more a lovely, friendly or charming relationship, communion or company, than a good marriage.” But what does a good marriage really implies? As diverse factors influence a person’s decision to get married.

Marriage as an institution varies due to cultural indifference. For few, the desire to start a life with the loved one prioritized over the whole thing, while for others, it might be an age factor or the societal imposition.

Whatever the reason is but there is no quick fix formula to get indulged into a healthier wedlock.

Bible enlightens us that to find examples of godly marriages one has to devotionally read the Bible. On that, a new study is seeking to change that notion. In a sharp contrast, wedlock is a risky association.

According to a research carried out by Nicholas H. Wolfinger, a Professor at the University of Utah, USA, age is a real factor to decide your bonding and separation.

The study revealed that people who tie the knot between the ages of 28 to 32 have the least chances of getting divorced.

The research puts forth several reasons for this conclusion. It concludes that the chances of a divorce decline drastically as you age from your teenage years through your late twenties and early thirties. But the chances of divorce go up again as you move into your late thirties and early forties.

“Past the age of 32 or so, the odds of divorce increase by 5 percent per year of age at marriage. The kinds of people who wait till their thirties to get married may be the kinds of people who aren’t predisposed toward doing well in their marriages,” says Wolfinger in the paper.

The study that has been published by the Institute of Family Studies also suggests that one of the reasons for marriages between 28 to 32 to work is that people are usually financially stable by that time and much more independent than in their early years. Managing budget in the ultra-modern and super expansive century is quite a compulsion related to marriage.

So here, comes a new eye-opener, financial stability, as a key role in today’s success wedlock.
