Virat-Anushka’s another religious visit before Australia series, reached PM Modi’s guru’s ashram in Rishikesh…

31 January 2023 ( New Delhi ) : Former Indian cricket team captain and player Virat Kohli and his wife film actress Anushka Sharma reached Rishikesh on Monday. Here he reached the ashram of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s guru Swami Dayanand Saraswati at Shishamjhari.
Team India’s star batsman Virat Kohli has got a break from the T20 series against New Zealand. Virat Kohli is currently taking advantage of his break from cricket. Kohli has now reached Rishikesh with wife Anushka Sharma. Virat- Anushka have reached Rishikesh’s Swami Dayanand Giri Ashram. Swami Dayanand Giri was the mentor of PM Narendra Modi. It is being told that Virat Kohli and Anushka have reached here in connection with religious rituals. The religious rituals are likely to take place on Tuesday (January 31).

Here Virat Kohli visited the Samadhi Sthal of Swami Dayanand Saraswati along with his wife and his mother Saroj Kohli. During this, Virat Kohli also meditated for 20 minutes at the tomb. Let us inform that earlier in the Swami Dayanand Ashram, many actors including superstar Rajinikanth and people associated with politics have also come to visit the Samadhi Sthal. It is being told that along with him his yoga trainer has also stayed in the ashram. On Tuesday morning, after yoga practice and worship, public religious rituals will be organized at Virushka Ashram and Bhandara will also be organized. According to the information received so far, he will remain in the ashram on Tuesday evening as well. If sources are to be believed, Virushka has reached the spiritual city of sages to seek blessings and positive energy from Maa Ganga for India’s good performance in the upcoming Australia series.

Virat Kohli also visited Vrindavan with Anushka and daughter Vamika ahead of the ODI series against Sri Lanka this month. During this, all three had taken the blessings of Shri Parmanand ji in Vrindavan.
Virat Kohli has batted well in ODIs and T20s. But his bat is calm in Tests. He has not scored a century in Tests since November 2019. His bat scored 116 runs in 3 Tests in 2020, 536 in 11 Tests in 2021 and 265 runs in 6 Tests in 2022. During this his average was around 26. His overall average in Tests had reached 54, which is now 48.90. The team will have high hopes from Virat in the Test series against Australia starting on February 9 in Nagpur.
