Siddhant Chaturvedi reacts to nepotism jibe at Koffee With Karan 7

8 September 2022 (New Delhi): Karan Johar’s show, Koffee With Karan, Season 7, is constantly in the news. This week on the show, the ‘Phone Ghost’ cast, i.e., Katrina Kaif, Siddhant Chaturvedi, and Ishaan Khattar, were seen drinking coffee with filmmaker Karan Johar. During this, all three had a lot of fun on the sets and were also seen making revelations about their personal lives. At the same time, during the show, Siddhant is once again seen talking openly about nepotism.

Actually, during the show, Karan Johar reminded Siddhant Chaturvedi of his statement that he made while pulling Ananya’s leg on the question of nepotism. Karan Johar said, “Siddhant, do you remember the round table when you gave your statement on nepotism with Ananya?” This strong comment of yours was also highly appreciated, but Ananya got trolled for her statement.”

Responding to this question from Karan, Siddhant said that my intention was not to hurt or harm anyone’s heart. He said “I found this my truth and I will always speak my truth, because I mean, you know, which has been a little difficult.” Talking further about his struggle, he said ” Journey is always difficult, but he embraces it and i really love where l came from. But there is one thing which will continue forever, and that is nepotism. We can’t complain about it.”

Let us tell you that during the table round of a show in the year 2020, Ananya Pandey was asked a question about nepotism, to which she replied, saying—Ananya said in response to a question, I cannot deny that I am Chunky Pandey’s daughter, but my father has worked hard. When my first film was delayed by a year, my father did not congratulate me because he knew anything could happen here. If I get a chance, I will definitely take it. She further said that my father never worked on the film Dharma. He was never invited to Koffee with Karan. Everyone has their own journey.

Siddhant Chaturvedi, present in the show, says, “Everyone has their own journey. The only difference is that where our dreams are fulfilled, their struggle begins.”
