PM Modi expresses concerns over deepfakes, suggest ways to overcome deepfakes

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday expressed concern about the misuse of Artificial Intelligence (AI). He especially expressed concern about the creation of ‘deepfakes’ through AI and said that the media should warn people about this crisis.

Addressing journalists at the BJP’s Diwali Milan programme, the PM said that he aspires to make India a developed India and he wants to show it not just by saying but on the ground. He also said that his call for Vocal for Local has received support from the people.

The PM said that India’s achievements during the coronavirus pandemic have instilled confidence in the people and now our country is not going to stop. He said that Chhath Puja has now become a national festival and it is a matter of great happiness for us.
