Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s daughter is afraid of bullying because of his controversies: Report

The recent past has seen Nawazuddin Siddiqui involved in a number of controversy. The actor is engaged in a legal struggle with his former wife Aaliya over property, on top of their ongoing divorce proceedings. Yet according to a new report, the actor’s young kids might be suffering the most as a result of everything.
Daughter Shora and son Yani are the children of Nawazuddin and Aaliya. The children had been living in Dubai with their mother since Nawaz and Aaliya’s divorce, and they had only lately travelled to Mumbai with her. The actor said that because his children had missed school due to the prolonged legal dispute, their education had suffered. A Mumbai court recently ordered the children to return to Dubai and continue their schooling.
However, a Times of India report claims that Shora is unwilling to return. “Shora feels she will be bullied there. This entire incident has taken a toll on her and Aaliya has been taking her for therapy sessions, too. Shora wants to stay with her mother but the matter is still pending before the court,” the report quotes a source close to Aaliya as saying.
Earlier, speaking with E-Times, Aaliya had said, “Divorce will happen, that’s for sure and I will also be fighting for the custody of both my kids. Nawaz has also filed for custody but I will not let that happen. Both my kids want to stay with me and don’t want to live with him.”
