Narendra Modi’s Unique Way Of Wishing His Fellow Countrymen On This Festive Day Won Many Hearts.

India is a land of festivals. There is always a festival coming up in this part of the world. But today is something distinctive.  One day many festivals kind of an affair is today. It Is ‘Rongali Bihu’ in the north-eastern state of Assam. The Bengalis are celebrating Bengali New Year ‘Poila Boishakh’ The Tamils Are Celebrating ‘Puthandu’ The people of Odisha are jubilated on the occasion of ‘Vishuba Sankranti’ adding to this the Mallus are observing ‘Vishu’ as well. Uff Finally the list concluded.

As I was scrolling down my news feed on twitter, I found every other politician wishing the people of India on this festive day. Being an Assamese my love for Bihu is undoubtedly immense. So, I wanted to know how all the bigwigs of Indian politics wished the Assamese people ‘A Happy Bihu’. And whose account do I visit first? Do I have a doubt? No, of course not. It was the Prime Minister Of India Narendra Modi’s Twitter Handle. And What did I get to see?

He was the first among all to wish us a Happy Bihu. Now not just that he wished all the people from different states who are celebrating some kind of a festival today.

He put up several tweets to wish all the people from different states celebrating different festivals separately. And not just that he took the time to put up tweets in Assamese for the people of Assam, In Bengali for the Bengalis and so on.

Though it is not a breaking news. But this small gesture from the PM of putting up tweets in various regional languages aiming for people living in various regions has won many hearts.
