7th September 2022 (New Delhi): Justin Bieber is taking a break from his ‘Justice World Tour’, citing exhaustion and his need to make his health his priority at the moment. The popstar made the announcement on Twitter and Instagram on Wednesday declaring about the cancellation of the show.

Health issue is the main reason of cancellation

Taking to Instagram handle, Justin shared a post in which he wrote, ” Earlier this year, I went public about my battle with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, where my face was partly paralyzed. As a result of this illness, I was not able to complete the North America Leg of the Justice tour. The announcement came soon after Justin Bieber was seen sharing glimpses from his Justice Tour concert in Rio.”

Suffered from Ramsay Hunt Syndrome

The ‘Baby’ actor recently returned to concerts after overcoming his battle with Ramsay Hunt syndrome, which for weeks left the entire right side of his face paralysed. In his post Bieber added ” Thank you for your prayers, and support throughout all of this! I love you all passionately!”

Earlier in June, Justin Bieber had cancelled a few shows on his ‘Justice World Tour’. He had revealed on his Instagram that he struggled with movements on the right side of his face that included blinking his eye, moving his nostril, and simply smiling from the right side of his face due to Ramsay Hunt syndrome.
The tour included 11 shows in the UK in 2023 starting in Glasgow on February 8, 2023, with gigs scheduled in Aberdeen, Birmingham, Manchester and Sheffield before Bieber takes take to The O2 in London for a four-night stint. It is now unclear that whether these shows will be performed or not.

Bieber is not the only star stepping back from touring to focus on their health. In July, Shawn Mendes, whom Bieber has previously collaborated with, announced that he was cancelling the remainder of his “Wonder World Tour” to put “health as my first priority,” after this he opened up about his current mental health struggles.
