In a heartless incident in Hyderabad, where a Rapido bike-taxi customer showed no solicitude towards the rider by making him push the bike while he was sitting on the bike as the vehicle ran out of petrol, In the video that has surfaced all over the social media, the customer refused to walk even after the bike ran out of petrol.

As per the details of the incident, a man booked the Rapido ride and his journey and however in the middle of the ride the vehicle went out of petrol.

When the Rapido rider requested the customer to come down of the vehicle and walk to the nearest petrol station, he not only refused to come but also continued sitting on the vehicle, as per which the Rapido rider pulled the vehicle with him sitting on it.

After the following incident, a video went viral on social media. Many criticized the customer for making it difficult for the Rapido rider who with a lot of difficulty was dragging his bike and how he lacked sympathy.
