Kareena Kapoor Khan is set to take the lead in the multilingual thriller film “toxic” in Kannada, which is directed by Malayalam filmmaker Geetu Mohandas. Kareena Kapoor has been cast to play KGF Yash in the film. On the other hand, Kiara Advani was also cast for the film, however in a multifaceted part.
