Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, a Bollywood couple, are expecting their first child together. Her pregnancy was declared in February of 2024. Reports state that Deepika is purportedly in her second trimester. In 2018, the famous pair tied the knot. Her due date is September of 2024. On Thursday, Deepika and Ranveer announced their pregnancy via a joint Instagram. The message said, “September 2024,” and it featured adorable images of balloons, baby shoes, and clothing.

Deepika Padukone BAFTA Appearance Sparked Pregnancy Rumors
There were rumours going around before suggesting Deepika Padukone may be expecting. These speculations originated from reports that she concealed her pregnancy bulge at the 77th British Academy Film Awards (BAFTA) by donning a shimmering saree. Deepika Padukone looked stunning in a couture saree and Sabyasachi Mukherjee-designed handcrafted jewellery.
It was on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s “Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela” that Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh first became together. After dating for five years, they tied the knot in November of 2018. Deepika grinned and responded to Vogue’s question about having children, saying, “Absolutely.” Both Ranveer and I like kids. We eagerly anticipate the day when we may begin a family of our own.
“It never ceases to amaze me how little I’ve changed,” she continued, “especially when I encounter my childhood pals, aunts, and uncles. That reveals a lot about our early years. “In this profession, it’s easy to get carried away by money and celebrity, but at home, they treat me like a nobody. “Above all, I am a sister and a daughter. I hope that doesn’t alter. My family helps me stay grounded, and Ranveer and I want to teach our kids the same morals.”

Regarding work, Deepika most recently starred in the smash film “Jawan” starring Shah Rukh Khan. Her upcoming film is “Singham Again,” directed by Rohit Shetty. Among the actors she will be starring alongside on film are Tiger Shroff, Kareena Kapoor, Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, and Ranveer Singh.
