Avoid these 6 weird behaviours publically !

Whether you like to admit it or not, you probably have a few bad habits. There’s no reason to be ashamed of it. We all have them. Unfortunately, some people don’t even know they have a problem and an even greater number of people don’t realize the possible outcomes associated with continuing these bad habits. Just how long it might take to erase those bad habits can vary from person to person.

Here are weird behaviors you should avoid—and what might happen if you don’t.

1) You double dip at the party.

Loading up your chip, taking a bite, and sticking it back in the dip is more than just an etiquette faux pas: It’s actually a bacterial goldmine. Double-dipped sauces contain up to 1,000 more bacteria per milliliter.

2) You eat food off the floor.

If you drop a bite of food on the floor, you’re fine as long as you follow the 5-second rule, right? Not so fast—you’re better off throwing it out than putting it into your mouth. Bacteria, including germs like Salmonella.

Those bugs can easily find their way onto your food immediately, especially if the food has a wet surface, which bacteria can easily stick to.

3) You drink right from the carton.

It’s not just lazy: Milk in cartons that you drink from can harbor up to 8 times more germs compared to milk in cartons that’s poured into glasses.

So, think twice before drinking any milk from carton.

4)  You bite your nails.

Sticking your germy fingers in your mouth can up your risk for getting sick. Bacteria like E. coli was found in the mouths of more than 75 percent of nail-biters

5) You don’t wash your hands after going to the bathroom.

Skipping the soap and water after using the toilet pretty much turns you into a walking bacteria spreader. The number of germs on your fingertips doubles after you go to the bathroom, says the data from Britain’s National Health Services.

6) You pick your nose

Like biting your nails, picking your nose could transfer nasty germs from your fingers to your body.
