Aryan Khan Drug Case: CBI called upon Sameer Wankhede 3rd time for further investigation

Let us tell you that the former Regional Director of NCB is under investigation for deliberately framing Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan in the Cordelia Cruise drugs case and demanding a bribe of 25 crores from him. Earlier, Wankhede had appeared twice before the CBI for questioning in this matter.

Former Regional Director Sameer Wankhede’s difficulties in the Cardelia Cruz drugs case do not seem to be reducing. The investigation of this matter is in the hands of the CBI. He has been questioned twice so far. Meanwhile, the investigating agency has issued a fresh summons to Sameer for questioning. In this, he has been asked to appear before the CBI before May 24.

Recently, the WhatsApp chat between Shahrukh and Sameer Wankhede was leaked in this case. In this chat, the conversation between the two about Aryan Khan came to the fore. In this conversation, King Khan allegedly requested Sameer not to put Aryan in jail.

After the chat surfaced, the CBI raised strong objections in the Bombay High Court. The investigating agency had said that Sameer had leaked these chats to prove himself innocent. After this, the High Court strongly reprimanded him and also advised him not to do so in the future.

Significantly, Sameer Wankhede has currently got interim relief from the High Court to avoid arrest. Earlier this relief was till 22 May, but now it has been extended to 8 June. Actually, Wankhede has filed a petition in the High Court to quash the CBI FIR, on which the vacation bench of Justice Abhay Ahuja and Justice MM Sathaye has given him this relief.
