‘Allah will Provide’, say 3 Pakistani men who fathered 96 kids!

They say Children are the blessing of God. Imagine a family has got 96 children and still wants some more blessings of Allah. In Pakistan, three men who are fathers of nearly 100 children among them are doing their bit to raise the Pakistan’s skyrocketing population.

In 19 years in this country, it is happening for the first time where experts warn the population booms to Pakistan as this country considers under the poverty line. Despite this poor condition these three men are barely concerned about the economic growth and social welfare of the country, they say, Allah will provide everything. God has created the entire universe and all human beings, so why should I stop the natural process of a baby’s birth?” asks Gulzar Khan, a father of 36, citing one of the strongest influences in the region: the belief that Islam prevents family planning.

Tribal enmity is another factor in the Pakistan. The last census, held in 1998, showed Pakistan had a population of up to 135 million. And the recent survey brought us the new census – carried out earlier this year, with the preliminary results due by the end of July – will put the figure closer to 200 million.”
