According to a Moneycontrol report and according to documents obtained from IndexTap.com, the apartment bought by Alia Bhatt’s company is spread over 2 thousand 497 square feet and is located at Aerial View Cooperative Housing Society Limited. The residential property was allApril 10,u2023,sed from Gold Street Mercantile Company Private Limited. The agreement was registered on 10 April 2023 and stamp duty of Rs 2.26 crore was paid.

Alia Bhatt gifted two houses to her sister Shaheen

It has also been revealed in the report that Alia has gifted two houses to her sister, Shaheen Bhatt, through prize certificates. According to Zapkey.com, these apartments are worth Rs 7.68 crore and are located at Gigi Apartments, AB Nair Road, Juhu, Mumbai.

The first house is spread over 1,197 square feet, and the second flat is spread over 889.75 square feet. The report sa, “Stamp duty of Rs 30.75 lakh has hasen paid for the transaction. It comes with a car parking,” although Alia Bhatt is yet to react to the reports.
