Recently, a glimpse of her upcoming film ‘Ae Watan Mere Watan’ has surfaced, in which Sara is seen in a very different character till date. Till now there are many stars in Bollywood who have turned to the OTT platform. OTT gave this opportunity to newcomers to big stars to put their acting skills in front of the world.

B-Town’s famous actress Sara Ali Khan is not dependent on any separate identity. Till now Sara, who has won the hearts of fans with her flirtatious style in films, has brought something different this time. India’s 74th Republic ahead of the day celebrations, the first look of Sara Ali Khan from Ae Watan Mere Watan was released. It is an inspiring tribute to the fearless heroes of India’s struggle for independence.Sara Ali will be seen in a very powerful character in this Amazon Prime Video series based on true events. She will be playing the role of a freedom fighter for the first time in her career so far. A small teaser has recently been released from this film, which was released on Amazon Prime Video, in which a glimpse of Sara’s character was shown.

A Dharmatic Entertainment production, the film is being produced by Karan Johar and Apoorva Mehta, with Somen Mishra serving as co-producer. Directed by Kannan Iyer and written jointly by Darab Farooqui and Kannan Iyer, the film will see Sara Ali Khan play a brave freedom fighter. Ae Watan Mere Watan will release on Amazon Prime Video. Ae Watan Mere Watan follows the fearless journey of a college girl in Bombay who becomes a freedom fighter. This fictional story is set against the backdrop of the Quit India Movement in 1942. It is a story of courage, patriotism, sacrifice and resourcefulness of the youth of the country.
