The production company released a statement labeling the actress abusive, indisciplined, and frequently misbehaving with people on the sets following Jennifer’s accusations of sexual harassment against Asit Modi, Sohil, and Jatin.

Jennifer broke her silence to one of the entertainment shows, quoting ‘TV was my first career sharing scene, from where I have achieved stardom and success, never thought of I will be trapped in such unlawful act, and to accused my project head like this’.

Jennifer’s disappointment with the project head of TMKOC

Jennifer Mistry succeeded a sexual harassment case against Asit Kumar Modi. The actress confirmed this on Tuesday through her official Instagram account, revealing that the court verdict would be issued on February 15, 2024. Modi has now been asked to clear Mistry’s outstanding debts. The court has also ordered the producer to pay Jennifer Rs 5 lakh as compensation.

As per Instagram revelation, Jennifer had gone through mental trauma, distracted by a failure of her job & reputation, family & friends, & other causes that had hampered her personal & professional growth, simultaneously.

Jennifer’s statements ‘What is new in the fact that they established Asit Modi’s guilt of sexual harassment—something I knew from the start? What about the trauma I experienced over the past year? In contrast, the offenders are at large, disguising themselves as victims. Since I was abused while working at Tmkoc and the compensation requested is minimal, the verdict does not even call for Mr. Modi, Sohil, or Jatin to apologize to me. This bothers me because, in my opinion, Mr. Modi considers 5 lakhs to be a small amount, and he may be encouraging others to commit similar crimes by using that money to cover up more serious ones.

Look at this:

I choose to proceed by simply refusing to accept the decision and to keep my money.
Furthermore, a woman’s self-respect cannot be measured in the way that the decision and award were made. My victory might inspire other women to speak up if they are experiencing unfair treatment, but the larger battle for justice still needs to be won. However, I wonder what would happen to a laywoman if fighting for justice was as difficult for someone as well-known as me.’
