The continuous rain in the valleys of Himachal Pradesh has led to many natural and man made disasters. The cloud burst in Jadon village of solan district has taken lives of seven people, three people are missing, and life of five were rescued.
Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu expressed his grief and tweeted, “Devastated to hear about the loss of 7 precious lives in the tragic cloud burst incident at Village Jadon, Dhawla Sub-Tehsil in Solan District. My heartfelt condolences go out to the grieving families. We share in your pain and sorrow during this difficult time. We have directed the authorities to ensure all possible assistance and support to the affected families during this trying period.”
In the view of continuous rain, HP CM Sukhvinder Singh has given orders to cancel all the ongoing exams in private and government universities. All the schools will be closed on 14 August as a precautionary measure to avoid any unwanted mishappening in the state.
