Here i a perfect stand-up comedy act by the Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau as presented a slide show at the Press Gallery dinner.
Canada’s Press Gallery dinner is the annual opportunity for the country’s top politicians to do their stand-up comedy act, using it as an opportunity to score some points off their opponents as well. At the dinner , Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau also poked fun at an experience he appears not to have enjoyed too much– his visit to India, for which he received some criticism in his own country.
Trudeau presented a slide-show of his visit, starting with an image that set the tone for his commentary (vide above). He also displayed his youngest son Hadrien’s disdain for protocol in India, a feeling he appeared to share himself without saying so in as many words.
It was certainly a funny routine, broadcast on television and the Internet to audiences across Canada, but the underlying dissatisfaction was not difficult to catch at all.
