Women leadership summit by SheWings witnessed countries changemakers

25 December 2022(New Delhi): Leading female CEOs, decision-makers in government, educators, and medical professionals attended the Shewings-organized forum on women in leadership.

Ananandiben Patel, honourable governor, Uttar Pradesh, who addressed the summit virtually appreciated the hard work and noble cause behind the foundation of SheWings and wished luck for its future endeavours. She also highlighted how SheWings has been working and promises to work for the development of women in this country. She also gave a message to the women changemakers over this country to help the women from the marginalized sections and to empower them.

 

SheWings’ achievements and commitment to advancing women in this nation were also acknowledged. She also delivered a message to the female changemakers in this nation, urging them to support and uplift the women from underrepresented groups.

Interestingly, Dr. Kiran Bedi, a former lieutenant governor of Puducherry, met with each changemaker individually, congratulated them, and spoke about the value of financial independence for women. She holds the view that women can only feel empowered when they are financially independent. 

Additionally, she urged all of the recipients, especially civil workers, to educate women in order to empower them.Women’s health and wellness go hand in hand, according to Padmashri awardee Dr. Deepa Malik, a special guest at the summit. She continued by adding that a healthy body is essential for a woman to achieve.

The founder of SheWings, Madan Mohit Bhardwaj, proclaimed with pride that a woman cannot be empowered until she has achieved true independence. SheWings has spent the last ten years assisting 30 million marginalised women nationwide with personal health issues.

The entire summit praised and applauded Medha Roopam, IAS, collector Hapur, Dr. Sharda Sharma from SDRR Medical College, Dr. Shobha Tomar, founder and VC of NIMS University, TV journalist Rakshita Misra, entrepreneur Swati Sharma, and Rupamanjari Ghosh, a former vice chancellor of Shiv Nadar University. For his contributions to empowering women through education, Dr. Bhimraya Metri, Director of IIM Nagpur, received an honour.


All of the eminent visitors, including Sarad Upadhaya, general manager of Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, supported the empowerment of women in the hospitality industry. SheWings’ goal of enhancing women’s lifestyle and health was the inspiration behind funding the entire event. Shubhendra Singh, the chief planner, offered a vote of gratitude.SheWings PersonalCare, Britannia Group of Industries, Attero, Clovia Fashions, Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, Oil India ltd: A Navratna Company, and RforRabbit all provided support for the summit as a whole.
